Frank has been Chief Executive of West London Business since 2004. In this capacity, he has overall charge of operations, finance and profile. He reports to a corporate board and oversees a staff of 15. West London Business is the chamber of commerce and inward investment agency for West London “acting as the voice of the private sector” and partner to the six boroughs of the sub-region. West London Business is a company limited by guarantee with a turnover of between £1 million and £1.5 million. 

By background, Frank is a communications professional with management and entrepreneurial experience. In the 1980s, he worked in a global role for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, as International Publicity Manager on both media and public affairs campaigns around the world, promoting trade and inward investment into the territory. Subsequently, he founded and developed his own public relations consultancy, which specialised in investment, trade, IT and mobile phone publicity.Prior to heading up WLB, Frank worked as Head of External Relations at Edexcel, one of the UK’s leading examination and awarding bodies. 

Frank studied at Oriel College, Oxford and Leeds University. He lives in Kingston and is married with two children.
