Brentford FC Local Community Charity Christmas Lunch for Senior Citizens

Appeal for support: Brentford FC Local Community Charity Christmas Lunch for Senior Citizens

Every Christmas, Brentford FC hold a Christmas Luncheon at Griffin Park, for the local elderly, and under privileged residents in Brentford.   The format of the day is that 100 local Senior Citizens/OAP’s are invited to Griffin Park for a Christmas Luncheon. They are welcomed to the Ground by Father Christmas, and Club Mascots, Buzzbee and Buzzette, before sitting down to a nice hot three course Christmas Luncheon.

During the afternoon, Christmas Carols are sung to our elderly guests by the pupils of the Brentford School for Girls, and then we introduce some ‘fun’ to the afternoon with three or four games of Bingo being played.  At the end of the afternoon, and as our guests leave, Father Christmas then distributes a Christmas food ‘Goody bag’ to all.

Would any WLB companies like to assist Brentford FC with a donation towards the event at all?

·         For those Companies, who donate £100, we will give an editorial mention in the Match day Programme highlighting your support, plus a colour A4 Picture of the current BFC First Team Squad, signed by the Club Captain, Jake Bidwell.
·         For those Companies who donate £275, we will give the above benefits, plus a VIP Day out for two in our Hospitality Lounge for a home League game in this current season.
This event, we are now into our fourth year, has proved popular and been very well received in the Local Community too. It would be great if you could support this event, and help make someone’s Christmas, just that little ‘more special’
