This 2 hour workshop gives an introduction into what a sales strategy is, why a company needs one and the key steps to developing an effective strategy.
2009 has been a challenging year for lots of businesses, that’s why it’s essential that you have an effective sales strategy to ensure that your business keeps the sales coming and thriving in 2010.
The workshop will be followed by a networking lunch, giving you the opportunity to increase your level of business contacts.
