On the Friday 7 July, the proposal to establish the Uxbridge Business Improvement District (BID) was approved with clear a majority. 125 out of 140 votes cast were in favour.

Lloyd White, the Ballot Holder, wrote:
“I hereby declare that the proposal to establish the Uxbridge Business Improvement District is approved as a majority of the Business ratepayers in the proposed BID area who voted in the ballot, both by aggregate rateable value and numbers voting, voted in favour of the proposal.”
