West London Business, West London’s leading business group, representing the interests of over 800 companies in West London and beyond, has announced that Sir Eric Peacock has been elected its new Chairman. Sir Eric Peacock takes over from John Izett, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Eric is prominent as a serial entrepreneur, having taken his own business Babygro Plc to a full stock exchange listing.  He is Chairman of a number of companies including Baydonhill FX, a financial services business which he took to AIM listing; Stage Technologies, a London based company with subsidiaries in USA, Italy, China and Macau; Stevenage Packaging Ltd.; Winmark, a Blue Chip networking organisationand Halo Furniture Manufacturing with subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and USA.

He is also on the boards of the Department for Business and Skills (BIS) and a non-executive Director of United Kingdom Trade and Investment (UKTI). Chairman of two Peer Group Learning Networks –The Academy for Chief Executives and Elite Recruitment — and President of the Institute of Sales and Marketing, Sir Eric is also founder of two charities focussed on helping under privileged children The Peacock Foundation and Uniqueness.
