Community Fibre have announced a new recruitment initiative. As their Customer Engineering team continues to grow, they are embarking on a new adventure as their ‘Engineering Trainee Programme’ is set to commence from mid July. This is a tremendous opportunity where someone does not require any previous telecoms or engineering experience and is interested in a hands-on, customer facing role in a high paced and challenging environment. As part of this programme they will provide the necessary training to upskill them on the specific duties and tasks. You can see our latest job advert here.
Individuals should be keen on working outside, at heights (pole climbing) in customers’ homes and across the whole of London.
What you’ll be doing:
Your Community Fibre journey will start with an intensive 3 week training program in Enfield. This 3 week program will provide you with a full and comprehensive overview of how to work safely on the Openreach network and also how to complete Customer Installations to CFL Standard. You will complete your training in groups of up to 8.
