WorkHounslow, part of London Borough of Hounslow, is launching a brand new programme aimed at supporting the boroughs micro businesses (all businesses from 1-10 members of staff) to achieve and grow. Working in partnership with three local organisations for delivery as well as Hounslow Chamber of Commerce, WorkHounslow will be supporting 100 small businesses in the borough to survive and thrive.
The programme team collectively has the experience and expertise to understand the challenges faced by small businesses here in West London and have put together a fantastic programme of workshops together with one-to-one support to ensure our local businesses increase their productivity and meet their business goals. Six 3-hour workshops will be run in three separate series; March – April, June – July, and September – October 2020. The workshops will cover:
- Developing Your Growth Plan
- Women in Business
- Turbocharge your Sales
- Grow your Business Online
- Understanding Tax and VAT
- Cash Flow & Planning for the Future
Resident micro-businesses may choose to come to one or to come to all the workshops. The programme endeavours to identify the needs of each business and work over the next year with each one to support them to achieve their goals – whatever they may be. Officially launching on 3 March 2020 @ 11:30am, 6th Floor of Hounslow House, local businesses are invited to come along for coffee, cake and networking.
