Head Chef at The Pilgrm, Sara Lewis has created a menu inspired by February 14th’s truest sentiment – bringing people together. Togetherness takes centre stage as Sara is joined behind the pass by her partner and fellow Chef for a feast style menu that promises well-travelled ingredients and timeless techniques.
For small plates you’ll be able to choose from the Vegetable & tofu gyoza, lemon soy or the Octopus salad, rucula. And for the Large plates choices include Roasted lamb rump, Jerusalem artichoke, mint & feta salsa or the Seared scallops, carrot & ginger puree, kaffir lime, pickles for mains. Sweets will include Pastel de nata, cinnamon ice cream or Hot Chocolate pudding, ginger crisp.
To drink we’d suggest Chad Solomon’s Silvertone with gin, vermouth and orange bitters. Or perhaps Roman Pometkov’s Pure Gold with whisky, martini ambrato and apricot liqueur.
You don’t need to rush home afterwards. Why not sleepover in one of our 73 bedrooms, offering everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
